Welcome to the Campaign!

Hi, I’m Phil Meyer, and I’m running to be your next mayor of Plain City, Utah. I have called this community home for 40 years. My wife, Lorna and I have raised our four children here. We love Plain City. 

I enjoy serving this community. In the past I have had the privilege of serving on the Planning Commission, as well as 8 years (2-terms), on the City Council. I have always wanted what is best for our city. 

I care deeply about the future of our city. My campaign focuses on community values, smart growth, transparency, and public safety. I invite you to learn more about my vision and join our grassroots campaign.
