I believe that trust is a foundation of a strong community. That trust begins with honesty, accountability, and transparency in government. Plain and simple, the residents in our community deserve to know how decisions are made, how tax dollars are spent, and that their elected officials are working in the public's best interest. 

If elected, I will lead with integrity. I will be open about the challenges we face, clear about the solutions we pursue, and committed to making city government accessible to every resident. Honest government isn't a slogan, it's a promise I intend to keep every day I'm in office. 

As our city continues to grow, we are faced with an important choice: to allow growth to happen to us or manage in a way that reflects our values and preserves the character of our community. I believe in managed, responsible growth that strengthens our city without sacrificing what makes it special. 

Growth, when properly and collaboratively planned, can bring new opportunities: better roads, expanded local businesses, and more. When growth is unchecked or poorly planned without community input, it can strain infrastructure, and burden our public resources. 

As your candidate for mayor, I believe that every resident deserves to feel safe and secure in their home, their neighborhood, and throughout our community. Safety is not just about low crime rates, its about building a community where families thrive, neighbors look out for each other, and emergency services are responsive and well supported. If elected, I will work to: 

• Strengthen partnerships between law enforcement and the community through increased transparency, accountability, and neighborhood engagement.
• Support community led safety programs. 
• Invest in infrastructure like lighting, stop signs, and crosswalks to create safer streets and public safetly. 

I believe in leadership that begins with listening. As a candidate for mayor and as a citizen of Plain City for 40 years, I believe that the strength of our community lies in the voices of our citizens. Every resident deserves to be heard. Their concerns, ideas, and perspectives must help shape the direction of our community. 

If elected, I will lead with humility, serve with integrity, and ensure our city government remains open, approachable, and accountable to you. I want to deeply serve Plain City to respect and honor our past, while strengthening, protecting, and preparing our future.
